New Clients

If you are a new client, we recommend calling us first to begin the bonding process. The requirements for obtaining a bond can differ based on factors such as the bond type, contract amount, and other specific conditions, which may require different forms and procedures. Our priority is to guide you through the necessary steps efficiently, ensuring a smooth process and minimizing any unnecessary delays.

If you have been instructed to complete a new client application to set up a bond line with the surety, the following documents will be required.

Application for the surety:

  1. Completed Contractor Questionnaire
  2. Financial Statements- 
  3. Work in Progress Report- please list all current work.
  4. Resumes of officers and key personal 
  5. Reference Letters from prior owners and/or general contractors for whom you have worked.
  6. Current insurance certificate 
  7. Bank reference letter outlining current and average balances on demand accounts, line of credit information 
  8. Copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Assumed Name Certificate
